To live up our motto of "We're not finished until you are satisfied" motto, we have established a five-step method to ensure our success and your satisfaction.
ASSESSMENT. We'll conduct a full review and evaluation-- free of charge-- to determine your ideas, budget and expectations. Spacing, lighting, style, and other factors will help us advise you what options are possible.
PROPOSAL. Next, we'll prepare a rough plan, putting your ideas in motion. We'll provide options and ways that we can stay within budget to reach your goals. Our experience with similar projects may even give you some new ideas to your project.
CONTRACT. Deadlines, pricing, permitting, plans- everything will be in writing. Our promise to you is that once we start a job, someone is there working every day. And we only use licensed and legal workers, plumbers and electricians.
WORK TIME. We'll get your project done-- on time-- and on budget. Unlike other contractors, we include anticipated and hidden damage- we won't surprise you with additional charges once the job starts. We will seal off an addition, so that your home is still livable, and if you want to make a change, we're flexible and reasonable.
FOLLOW-UP. Whether we've done a small repair or a large build-out, you won't give us your final payment until you are completely satisfied. We double-check the details before we let you know we're finished.
